Sylvia’s journey started in the rescue world, running a bustling no-kill center in Downtown Los Angeles, where she cared for over 200 animals. From there, she moved into special needs and senior pet care before finding her true calling: dog training and behavior consulting. For the past seven years, she’s been specializing in early development and tackling reactivity and aggression cases with a fresh, positive approach.

Sylvia is all about science-based, positive reinforcement training. She holds two certifications and is on her way to earning another in behavior consulting. Her training philosophy is simple: every dog is unique, and learning should be fun, compassionate, and tailored to each furry friend’s needs.

Sylvia’s goal? To help dog owners build stronger bonds, communicate better, and create a lifetime of trust and happiness with their pups. She believes that with a bit of love, a lot of patience, and the power of science, anything is possible.
