Meet Charla Gray, the drive behind Grounded Pain Solutions and the Winner of PocketSuite’s 30 Day Challenge: Build Your Massage Brand Online!

Pronounced like the city Charlotte and named after her dad, Charles, Charla brings warmth, skill, and passion to everything she does.

Professionally, Charla has been a licensed massage therapist since 2010, with experience across Ohio, North Carolina, and South Carolina, where she’s currently active. Her years of hands-on expertise and care for her clients truly set her apart.

When she’s not helping people relax and heal, Charla calls Rock Hill, South Carolina home, where she lives with her husband and their teenage son. Outside of work, she loves music, traveling, and hunting down the next great foodie spot—so if you have a favorite local restaurant, be sure to share it with her!
