A committed ‘pain hacker,’ Estela helps people overcome chronic pain and reclaim vibrant, joyful health. Having faced Stage 4 colorectal cancer herself, she knows firsthand the weight of fear, fatigue, and despair. Today, she is devoted to helping others heal with a holistic approach to well-being.

Whether through one-on-one coaching, restorative spa services, massage, or infrared therapy, she works with each client to develop a personalized Health Battle Plan that allows them to stop living in pain and start thriving. Her unique expertise spans psychology, nutrition, massage therapy, music, movement, and energy work, allowing her to address chronic pain, health struggles, and weight challenges in a deeply integrated way.

A mom of four grown sons, a daughter-in-law, and abuelita to two granddaughters, Estela has spent a lifetime blending her love for family, movement, and learning with her mission to empower others. From teaching piano to earning a fifth-degree black belt in Taekwondo, she has continually expanded her skills to support holistic health and personal growth. She inspires her clients to build a legacy of wellness for generations to come.
