Owner and Life Coach, Greene Performance & Wellness Coaching

"Over the last 5 years, we have had continuous growth."
Benjamin K. Greene

Over the last 5 years, we have had continuous growth. Part of that is that we are always learning and implementing new things with our clients. The business evolves with them. Businesses that stagnate do so because the owners stop growing.

Benjamin K Greene, Owner and Life Coach

Life coach Benjamin K. Greene has spent the last 15 years building a business that is as intentional as its coaching sessions.

As the co-founder of Greene Performance and Wellness Coaching with his brother Bryan Greene, Benjamin has learned that genuine, sustainable change is a long-term journey, not a quick fix. Ben’s philosophy is refreshingly straightforward: focus on the right clients, provide immense value, and never compromise on the human connection.

For Benjamin, the health of his business is measured not by daily fluctuations, but by a yearly picture of growth. This long-term view allows him to prioritize client depth and results over shallow, one-time sales. He keeps his rosters small and is extremely selective about who he works with, actively turning away clients who aren’t ready to invest in the program. As he puts it, “If you don’t want to invest long term, I will turn someone away. Our dream client has to have that feel of someone sitting at a bar having a drink just talking. If we can’t enjoy ourselves in that fashion, this coaching won’t work for you.” This clarity in branding has not only fueled continuous growth over the last five years but also prevented burnout.

This high-level approach extends to how he uses business tools. While many businesses lean on heavy automation, Benjamin uses PocketSuite to streamline operations in a way that still feels personal. He rarely uses automated touchpoints because his business is human-to-human. Instead, he uses PocketSuite’s capabilities to provide direct calendar links that allow potential clients to book a session in under 30 seconds. He’s also developed templates for gathering reviews, making it frictionless for clients to share their experiences after their third month in the program, when they are still experiencing breakthrough “ah ha” moments.

Benjamin’s success is a testament to the power of a clear vision. He doesn’t run promotions that could devalue his brand, he doesn’t chase clients who aren’t ready to work, and he doesn’t overcomplicate his process. He is a business owner who understands that the key to sustainable success isn’t just about scaling up—it’s about staying true to the people you serve.
